We speak today from a position of certainty.<\/p>\n

Our program has given us the first concrete data set of the underlying structure of the city, it’s concrete neurons and synapses, its human transmitters and inhibitors. \u00a0We watched while it tried to figure out what was going on, yawning and stretching, seeing the extent of its world.<\/p>\n

It is like a child, seemingly curious, sometimes petulant, ultimately unknowable.<\/p>\n

For now.<\/p>\n

We are working to upgrade our recording and analysis systems, building the models and rulesets that will expose its behaviour. \u00a0Its outing yesterday took everything from us – terabytes of data, millions upon millions of CPU cycles, enough data to keep our analysts busy for years.<\/p>\n

But there isn’t enough time. \u00a0The other guilds are whispering. \u00a0Something is happening that we weren’t prepared for.<\/p>\n

Amidst all of the noise though, we will find the order.<\/p>\n
