It has provided momentary distraction from the <a href=\"http:\/\/locativeurbanist.com\/\">three<\/a> <a href=\"http:\/\/mastercodemaker.com\/\">guild<\/a> <a href=\"http:\/\/crossmediaecologist.com\/\">masters<\/a> who continue to follow their own agendas.<\/p>\n<p>Our information on the proposed ban on play in the Melbourne CBD has been largely based on rumours, speculation and secondary sources.<\/p>\n<p>Until now.<\/p>\n<p>As a result of our grass roots campaign a friend has come forth with hard evidence. Around the same time that we began our project a report was commissioned by an organisation, who shall remain nameless, in the City of Melbourne. That report was an investigation into the &#8216;risks&#8217; associated with \ufeffplay in the Melbourne CBD.<\/p>\n<p>Copies of excerpts, below, outline clearly a &#8216;ban on play in all its forms in the Melbourne CBD&#8217;:<\/p>\n<p><a href=\"http:\/\/urbancodemakers.net\/blog\/wp-content\/uploads\/2010\/10\/Melbourne-play-report-ban.jpg\"><img loading=\"lazy\" decoding=\"async\" class=\"alignnone size-full wp-image-417\" src=\"http:\/\/urbancodemakers.net\/blog\/wp-content\/uploads\/2010\/10\/Melbourne-play-report-ban.jpg\" alt=\"\" width=\"625\" height=\"440\" \/><\/a><\/p>\n<p>Justified by alleged &#8216;risks&#8217; associated with play:<\/p>\n<p><a href=\"http:\/\/urbancodemakers.net\/blog\/wp-content\/uploads\/2010\/10\/Melbourne-play-report-risks.jpg\"><img loading=\"lazy\" decoding=\"async\" class=\"alignnone size-full wp-image-418\" src=\"http:\/\/urbancodemakers.net\/blog\/wp-content\/uploads\/2010\/10\/Melbourne-play-report-risks.jpg\" alt=\"\" width=\"625\" height=\"392\" \/><\/a><\/p>\n<p>And <strong>real <\/strong>penalties:<\/p>\n<p><a href=\"http:\/\/urbancodemakers.net\/blog\/wp-content\/uploads\/2010\/10\/Melbourne-play-report-enforcement.jpg\"><img loading=\"lazy\" decoding=\"async\" class=\"alignnone size-full wp-image-419\" src=\"http:\/\/urbancodemakers.net\/blog\/wp-content\/uploads\/2010\/10\/Melbourne-play-report-enforcement.jpg\" alt=\"\" width=\"625\" height=\"306\" \/><\/a><\/p>\n<p>Apparently, the full document is out there online somewhere.
